History: Isabella was born the youngest of three triplets. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Dilettante. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

She has done her best to style her silver hair to look like a famous performer. Her eyes are likewise violet. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 98. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He got into the Miller business at a young age. He worked as a nervous Miller and found it very stressful. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortbow.
