Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: Melissa lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Courier. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: She hates Humans with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. The war was a terrible time for her, and Ahlyssa does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: He is in excellent shape and is renowned for his bright blue suits and hats. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy auburn hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Norman grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Norman. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
