Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep black leather and dull white iron scale mail, marred by sweets. He wears a top hat to cover his moderate length white hair. His fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. Cory enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Cory lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Cory grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Cory. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Description: Her left side is far more bruised and cut up than her other. She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her black hair is heavily combed to the left. Her eyes are blue and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born to a Dilettante, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Melissa took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up greataxe and armor she uses now. She has achieved small success as a Performer.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
