History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Miller but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Miller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miller work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She became a Miller soon after.
