She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Dilettante arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Cecily grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Cecily. She would ruin relationships and cause injury.
