Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Anselm grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Anselm. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: Maynild wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Maynild hails from a village terrorized by brigands. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Miles hails from a village terrorized by goblins. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
