Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Gifted from a young age, Vicky studied abroad. Her childhood dream was to be a Mayor, but she was a colossal failure. She became a Fisher soon after.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His first spouse was a Slave Trader, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
