History: He was born in the east. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A freak accident while working with his Mayor mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: He stands about 5'3" and wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty tan coat over it. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. He has styled his white hair well, parting it to the right. He has blue eyes and a tan hat with a violet feather.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Bernard hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Bernard took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up sword and armor he uses now. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Bernard was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it
