Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Jacoba was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
