Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears blue robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When Hugh reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away.
