History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Cecily hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world.
