History: Manfred lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Beatrice never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears a tattered pair of loose yellow pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. Her red hair is heavily combed to the right. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
