Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears many layers of old clothing at all times. She is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around her ears. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: She was born at the edge of vast island. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To end her boredom; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears a tan vest and prefers black and yellow shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His auburn hair, when down, is lengthy. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Gerald was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A freak accident while working with his Ruler father left him crippled. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Description: He wears just a grey suit. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly falchions and monstrous two handed axes. He has moderate length auburn hair. This blue eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Description: She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized tan coat. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. Her chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Elizabeth grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Elizabeth. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for her
