History: Gerard was born with his mother's beautiful face. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Ahlyssa was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the giants.
