History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: An older woman who wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat, she is not a threatening figure. She has dyed her greying blonde hair a little too much giving a sharp blonde color. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady blue eyes.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. Through the years after Matilda was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Matilda's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.

History: Susannah was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality.

Personality: Heather speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Heather lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and nothing but the best is good enough for her
