She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Isabella never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
