History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Description: This woman wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with deerstalker hat, and sports empty pouches on her belt. She wears her black hair up. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She is mildly Human supremacist, though she does not identify as such. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was raised in a island tribe. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Juliana took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor she uses now. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
