Personality: He is fixated on the number 9. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
