History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. A true patriot, Hubert would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Hubert was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Tanner. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
