Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with black colored cloaks and clothing. His hair is black and very short. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. She has gray eyes and a white hat with a violet feather.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. A true patriot, Herleva would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Herleva was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He became a Banker soon after.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Banker responsibilities is difficult; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
