History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Cecily was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Brewer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. Peter enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
