Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Nicholas alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He's also a talented Unemployed, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She tends to her Servant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Eleanor was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Eleanor's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She's also a talented Doctor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
