History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barber hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 34. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Her teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Ruler born in the past three hundred years. She feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Gifted from a young age, Oriel studied abroad. She worked as a nervous Ruler and found it very stressful. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers.
