History: Born in the east to a Knight, Patrick learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Server, but he was a colossal failure. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Patrick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Roger was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mercenary. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during, and is pretty ugly. She keeps her long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. Her eyes are gray and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Katherine lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
