Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Manfred has worked very hard to control his curse. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: He was born in a small forest village. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.
