Description: He stands about 6'0" and is renowned for his bright blue suits and hats. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His blonde hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: Aldous was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Dyer for the past few years.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and further expansion of business

Description: She is a physically imposing light-skinned woman. She has a large violet mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her grey robe. She keeps her brown hair in a pixie cut. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Alice embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.
History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. When Alice reached her early adolescence her Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and to reunite with her old friends

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she wears a brown coat over a blue low-cut shirt, and a feathered hat upon her head. Her hair is brown, silky, and of moderate length. Her blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: She was raised in a plains tribe. Agnes liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Agnes fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and human compassion
