History: She was born into a rich family. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. After months of barely getting by, Adelaide managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day
