History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. Through the years after Katherine was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Katherine's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Robert isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: Bertram hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Bertram was born the youngest of three triplets. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Seamstress. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and to share knowledge with the world
