Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His silver hair is heavily combed to the right. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. The war was a terrible time for him, and Don does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Don was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears tan robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a trident, but if one is not available she will default to her club. Her brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and wants to work out more often

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He sports black clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of red, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is red, braided, and well cared for. His skin is flawless and his green eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Trym will drive conversation. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He wears a feathered hat to cover his moderate length auburn hair. His eyes are blue.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: Godfrey was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Marshal for the past few years.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Marshal responsibilities is difficult; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
