Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 63. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.
History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. A true patriot, Anne would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: This malnourished man is typically in his Barkeep uniform. His black hair is still thick. His brown eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Dustin was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Dustin decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and sabotage a competitor
