History: Born to a Fisher, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Tim was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He struck the Dyer job and began his own company from there.
