History: Born to a Banker, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Ahlyssa was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
