History: Gifted from a young age, Norman studied abroad. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Adelaide is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
