Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Millicent was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She's also a talented Mason, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
