Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Marshal mother left him crippled. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
