Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born in the north to a Cartwright, Matilda learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Cartwright. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears black leather gloves, a black jacket, and tight pants. His tied-back hair is silver. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: He got into the Barber business at a young age. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Shane grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Shane. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: This woman is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright grey and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. She is muscular with a powerful set of arms. Her black hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a card scrunchie. She has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Egelina embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Egelina enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature spear.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Adventurer responsibilities is difficult; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: She wears a green vest and prefers brown and green shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 4'9" when asserting herself. Her brown hair is singed and shortened. Her green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Brewer they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Shoemaker, and she later adopted a second son.
