Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Miles never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Heward is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Heward fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
