History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
