History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and to protect her home

She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. She struck the Engraver job and began her own company from there.
