History: Born in the west to a Ruler, Shane learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Through the years after Shane was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Shane's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and balancing his hectic life and new ruler responsibilities is difficult

History: Manfred hails from a village terrorized by goblins. He was taken from his home at a very young age. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Manfred was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.
