History: Gomory lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and to reunite with his absent father

History: Elizabeth hails from a village terrorized by brigands. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Elizabeth was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.
