History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Born in the north to a Bellfounder, Millicent learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Bellfounder. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
