To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jocelyn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: Standing 6'1", this man is wearing a tight green one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Balimaar abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. She carries with her a set of whips on her belt, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. Her golden hair is heavily combed to the left. Her hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Avelina grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Avelina. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her first spouse was a Dyer, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and to reunite with her absent mother
