Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a white suit, black shirt, and brown tie. His hair is black and very short. His violet unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: He is a Hag in disguise. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His silver hair is braided into rings. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tim fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has worked as a Spice Merchant like his father before him.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: This man wears a blue cloak and cross-gartered pastel stockings. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized topaz on his left hand. His chestnut hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. He has amber eyes.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Trym embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: He was born in a small mountains village. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Trym grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Trym. Being a Baker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has money and likes to spend it
