History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Sarah was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Spy.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Spy responsibilities is difficult.
