History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. At some point she was captured by goblins and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. After a long history of fighting, Rosamund and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Oriel lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
