History: Everard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Navigator for the past few years.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Navigator and was forced into it by his family.
