History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Theobald alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Theobald was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Heather has worked very hard to control her curse. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Her first spouse was a Butcher, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She became a Fortune-teller soon after.
