Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He prefers to wear green pants and tee shirts. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: Born to a Detective, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: This woman wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with broad hat. She is muscular with a powerful set of arms. Her golden hair is unkempt and raggedy. She is baby faced.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Shepherd hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Shepherd for hire.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and she is content
