History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Tailor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Tailor work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has achieved small success as a Tailor.

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Katherine lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
